B. der hier WB225512, Sherry matured scotch z. B. der hier WB219589 und alter holzlastiger Grain WB218656. Wie anfangen, kann man so ein Malt nicht einfach nur genießen? That’s the tricky part of the job, balancing what you wanna do, with what you need to do. Nose, eingefangen nach etwa 4h – 7h: Snifter: Süsswarenladen, daneben ein Markt – Stand mit arabischen Dips, Datteln, kandiertem Ingwer, Kokos und anderen getrockneten Früchten. Teig. Vollmilchschokolade und eine Tüte Studentenfutter. Blhas: pencil shavings, Sägewerk. Getrocknete Steinpilze. Wildscheine gönnen sich ein Festessen aus Trüffelpilzen mit Balsamico und Sojadressing angemacht, dazu gärende dunkle Früchte auf Waldboden. Nose, caught after about 4h - 7h: Snifter: confectionary shop, next to it a market - stall with Arabic dips, dates, candied ginger, coconut and other dried fruits. Dough. Milk chocolate and a bag of trail mix. Blhas: pencil shavings, sawdust. Dried porcini mushrooms. Wild boars feasting truffle mushrooms dressed with balsamic and soy dressing, plus fermenting dark fruit on forest floor.
